The service

RashiKund provides personalized analyses based on the principles of Vedic astrology. An analysis reflects a traditional system of interpretation applied to the birth details you provide. Please read our astrology disclaimer.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate birth details. Analyses prepared from incorrect details cannot be re-done free of charge.
• Submit questions only about yourself, or about others with their consent.
• Be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian place the order.

Payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Payment is collected in full before your analysis begins.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within the time stated for each service. Delays can occasionally occur; we will keep you informed by email.

Refunds

If we cannot deliver your analysis, you will receive a full refund. Because each analysis is personalized, orders cannot be refunded once a report has been delivered, except where required by law. If a payment was debited but no order was confirmed, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

Limitation of liability

Analyses are for guidance and reflection only. RashiKund is not responsible for decisions you make on the basis of an analysis. Nothing in a report is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
