RashiKund (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use rashikund.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact details: your name, mobile number and email address.
• Birth details: date, time and place of birth, the accuracy of your birth time, and optionally your gender.
• Your question and any context you choose to share with it.
• Order and payment records: the service purchased, amount, and payment status and reference provided by our payment partner.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to prevent abuse.
• Anonymous usage statistics (which public pages are visited, device type, approximate region) collected with Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Order, payment and report pages are never included.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank credentials. Payments are processed entirely by our payment partner.

How we use your information

• To calculate your birth chart and prepare the analysis you requested.
• To deliver your report and send order updates by email, WhatsApp and in your dashboard.
• To provide customer support and handle refunds.
• To keep our service secure and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your birth details or questions for advertising.

Who can access your information

Access is limited to the team members who prepare or review your report, and to service providers who help us run RashiKund (hosting, payment processing, email and messaging, and the computing services used to calculate and prepare your analysis). These providers may process data only on our instructions.

Retention

We keep your order and report so you can access them later. You may ask us to delete your birth details and report at any time; we retain minimal order and payment records where the law requires.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for future processing, by writing to care@rashikund.com.
